You just have to choose the apartment you want, follow the reserve system and during the day one of our representative will contact you.
2)How many days of anticipations do I have to do my reserve?
At least you should contact us in the 72 hours previously your arrival or check in. We remind you that some services need more anticipation in seasons where more people come or long weekends. Anyway, we can not assure the availability until you send us the required information about the reserve/check form.
3)Will I receive the reserve confirmation through mail?
Yes, you will receive a mail confirming your reserve and also a phone confirmation.
4)What should I do in case of not receiving the phone confirmation during 24 hours?
In that case, we suggest contact us by phone or through mail to our website.
5)How kind can I be sure that my reserve was confirmed?
You will receive it once we would receive the information about your credit card; for more information check our General Conditions.
6) How can I contact to Home & Arts?
Our timetable is from Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm and Saturdays from 11am to 3 pm (Argentina hour).

One of them will be waiting you in the property, when you do the check in.

1)What should I expect about the apartments in Buenos Aires?
All apartments, that Home & Arts offers, are completely furnished and includes a cleaning service once a week. Your budged determined the luxurious services.
2)Which is the minimum period I can rent an apartment with Home & Arts?
If you want to rent apart hotel, you can rent it for a night if you want it, but if you want to rent an apartment, the minimum period of renting it is 7 days.
3)Which is the maximum period I can rent an apartment with Home & Arts?
Our maximum period is 6 months, once you finish the contract you can renew it again according the availability; for more information check our General Conditions.
4)How can I do the payment of the apartment?
Just in American dollars, euros or Argentina cash.
5)Why should I give my credit card information?
Home & Arts needs your credit card information to confirm the reservation, however, we will not take money from it. You can send the deposit trough Western union; for more information check our General Conditions.
6) What is the meaning of guarantee deposit?
This is the amount established by each property for a certain period of time. The deposit is returned once you finished your stay here. If there were any damage, the client would pay it according to the cost established in the contract.
