Reservations:

The minimum period to contract a temporary renting is from 1 to 7 days. Once you have received the confirmation of Home & Arts about the availability of the apartment, you should make a deposit of the 20% from the total of the rent; you could de it, in cash in our offices, credit cards through Western Union or by doing a deposit in a bank account.

The payments already done by reservations are not reimbursed in any case.

Take-off and Arrivals:

Check-ins are from Monday to Saturdays until 3pm and check-outs until 12pm. Otherwise, if you can not do it at this time, the service will be coordinated previously and it will have an extra cost.

Previously to the take off, you need to fix the hour you will give the apartment back, return the keys of the propriety (in order to check if it is clean and everything is right). After that Home and Arts will return the deposit to you, done as a guarantee.

Apartments must be return in the same way (clean) it was given in the check-in.

ayments done as a concept of rent are not reimbursed. If the roomer should stay less days in the apartment, the payment already done is not reimbursed in any case

Way of Payment:

After your arrival a member of Home & Arts will meet you in the apartment where you will sign contract and after that, that member will give the keys to you once you have done the payment including the property commission and grant of the deposit guarantee,

These payments must be done in cash, American dollars or traveler cheque. Please, be sure that you have the necessary cash before you arrive the apartment; we won’t give the keys until you don’t pay the total owe,

Just in case being specified the contrary, prices published in this site include expenses, town taxes, water supply, light, gas, TV and cleaning services.

Safety contract recommendation

We recommend contracting insurance in case something happen with your baggage, medical services, accidents or anything else would happen in your stay in our country.

Deposit guarantee:

At the moment of rent contract sign, you should sign also a copy of the inventory. The deposit guarantee will remain at Home & Arts until the end of the stay and it will be returned once the apartment has been verified that is everything in order.

Rents for less than a period of 30 days, the deposit must be the same than the sum of the location one. From that point, the sum of the month, is the bigest sum pay in concept of guarantee for longer periods.

Other general operative conditions:

Guests, previous occupation of the apartment, must be identified by the passport. It is an obligation to declare all names and ages of each person who will live in the property.

In case something happened in the property before the arrival of the guest, and this will make impossible the staying there, Home & Arts will send you to another apartment with similar characteristic or will reimburse 100% the amount of money payed as a concept of reserve.

All apartment’s owners and also people who work in Home an Arts reserve the admission rights to its apartments. In this case, Home & Arts will offer other alternatives during your stay here.

Not only the wrong use of the apartment but also not respect for things that the contract specified can be the inmediat contract rescission, because of that you will lose the amount paied.

Most of the apartments published in this site have a phone system which includes credit if you want to make a phone call. This credit has a limit and it is just for local calls. In case you want to make an international call or you want to call to mobile you will have to buy a phone card.

To include cleaning services, does not mean that you do not have to leave the place in right conditions.
